Our Impact

Alluvium Gatherings cultivates movements committed to thriving communities, ecosystems, and economies by designing gatherings that build trust, inspire participation, and motivate collective action.

We operate under a public purpose to balance financial sustainability with a meaningful, positive impact on society and the environment.

In order to show our commitment to this purpose, it is essential that we are transparent with our community, clients, and suppliers. Find out more about our specific commitments below.

Our JEDI & Collective Action Commitments

Alluvium Gatherings is a certified LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE) through NGLCC. We direct our purchasing power toward businesses owned by individuals identifying as 2SLGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color. See our Supplier Policy here.

We acknowledge that we live and work on land belonging to many Indigenous Nations who have stewarded these places for generations, and we're committed to working in reciprocity and collaboration with Indigenous-led partners in our project work. We acknowledge that this is merely a statement unless it is backed up by real action. Therefore, we commit to transparency and accountability in how this is addressed.

Alluvium Gatherings commits to serving our community through volunteering and knowledge sharing. This may be in the form of an ongoing role within an organization, speaking engagements, and board service.

Our Climate Commitments

Alluvium Gatherings commits to supporting the global ambition to limit warming to 1.5°C. As an event planning and production company, we don't manufacture physical products, so our most significant climate impacts come from business travel, event-related logistics, and the choices we help clients make about venues and vendors.

See our Climate Action Plan here.

Our Commitment to our Community

Alluvium Gatherings is committed to meaningfully involving all interested and affected parties in our decision making processes. We value input, feedback, and collaboration in all of our work.

See our Human Rights Commitment here.

Stakeholder Voice & Grievance Process

We believe that anyone affected by our business decisions should have a safe way to raise it. If you're a client, vendor, or community member with a concern, feedback, or grievance regarding our work, you can reach us directly. Please complete the Contact Us form here.
